Summary

Summary

From Bram Stoker Award winning author Hank Schwaeble, Normal for the Spider is a spine-tingling thriller that will keep readers hooked to the very last page.

At fourteen, Sienna Shaw’s first kill was an accident. The rest were not. Her violent path catches the attention of The Book Club—a secret society of the rich and ruthless who indulge in theft, torture, and killing for sport. Recruited into their ranks, Sienna finds herself drawn into a world of obscene wealth and murderous games, where human lives are nothing more than currency.

When the group retreats to a private island for their ritual of bloodshed, the hunters quickly become the hunted. Members begin to die in brutal, almost ritualistic ways, leaving Sienna unsure who—or what—she’s fighting against. Allies turn traitor, a monstrous creation stalks the night, and every choice becomes a test of loyalty and survival.

Grim, bloody, and unflinching, Normal for the Spider is a twisted descent into power, corruption, and survival—where even the victors are stained with blood.
