Summary

There are many insane people in the world. This is okay if one of them is not the head of the light elven clan, eager to achieve omnipotence at all costs.

He frees the Lord of the Dead, and it almost turns into a global catastrophe for the Belt of the World's civilizations. However, ordinary onlookers, players, and crooks arrive in the empire capital from all sides of the galaxy in order to stare at the confrontation and try their luck on the totalizers.
