Faith of Our Teen Girls: Passing Belief from Mother to Daughter

Summary

Most Christian mothers want their daughters to develop a strong relationship with Christ, but don't know how or when such a bond will flourish. Walking beside their girls as they grow can be messy and unpredictable as moms themselves continue to grow—sometimes with more questions than answers.

How do you hold the tension between the uncertainties that all women must face through life's journey and the doubts that their children may have? How do you make sure your girls don't stumble and fall by the wayside? How do you pass on the assurance of faith that sustains you?

Faith of Our Teen Girls: Passing Belief from Mother to Daughter takes a broad look at navigating the hard questions of faith and faith development with tween and teen girls from the perspective of a mother, minister, Christian author, and journalist, and those she interviews.
