Summary

Maisy Lewis has grown up living in the shadows of her famous brother. At eighteen-years-old she's a dedicated gymnast who has spent every moment she can training to be perfect. Unintentionally, she's allowed the sport to take over her life, much like her brother did with acting. With no time for anything or anyone else, she's starting to wonder if her planned out future is worth it anymore.

Without gymnastics, who is Maisy Lewis? The answer isn't as easy as it should be, and she can't help but feel as if her entire childhood has been wasted. But then she meets August.

While driving home on a snowy afternoon, Maisy runs into this mysterious boy and is abruptly thrown into his secretive world. Not only does she feel pulled toward him but as time passes, she realizes August might not be the stranger she initially thought he was.

August has secrets. August has a past he doesn't talk about, a past that involves people Maisy loves. The closer the two of them become, the more Maisy begins to understand just how much she's missed all these years. What will happen when all of August's past finally becomes unveiled to her? And most importantly . . . what will Maisy do with her life once it does?
