And now the knowledge has found its way to a mysterious secret sect of immortality worshippers who want Adam's secret for their own. And they'll do anything to get it . . . even if they have to kill Adam Cain in the process.

Now his friends Arieel, Galena, and Tidus, along with the A.I.s Beth and Davy, launch a desperate mission to save Adam . . . before it's too late. In the meantime, other forces are after Adam, now that his secret is out of the bag. It seems as if the whole galaxy is coming down on him.
