In addition to being a renowned speaker and consultant, Ken also spends time as a visiting lecturer at his alma mater, Cornell University, where he is a trustee emeritus of the Board of Trustees.

John P. Carlos is a management consultant, trainer, and motivational speaker. He heads his own consulting group and is a consulting partner with the Ken Blanchard Companies. For ten years he was the director of training for Circle K.
