Summary

Summary

When his uncle brings him a wee little tadpole from Scotland, Louis names his new pet Alphonse and promises to take very good care of him. His teacher is a bit surprised at how quickly Alphonse grows, but Louis figures it's the result of his all-cheeseburger diet. But when Alphonse starts playing soccer in the house and taking up all the room in the shower, Louis' parents decide he belongs in the zoo. It's up to Louis to find Alphonse a big enough hiding place-and to keep him supplied with cheeseburgers!
