Summary

Kristina is the daughter of Maeve and Calder, a lovely and spirited vampire and the mortal-turned-vampire Civil War doctor with whom she fell in love. Miraculously conceived, the beautiful and magically gifted Kristina eats, drinks, and sleeps as a human, but though she is close to 130 years old, she doesn’t look a day over thirty—when she stopped aging as humans do.
